At this challenging time when our everyday lives are impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, we want to assure you that the AJR are doing everything possible to continue to support you. Although we have been unable to run out regular social groups and events in person, we have a wonderful programme of online events held on Zoom, usually with at least one activity each day. To make sure you find out all about what is going on please make sure you sign up to receive our weekly e-newsletter which we have been sending out since March 2020. We remain grateful to our wonderful volunteers who have adapted the way in which they help us support our members while home visits have not been allowed. In line with government guidelines we are able to approve garden-visits by volunteers and social workers in some cases, and we look forward to returning to home visits as soon as possible. Please note, for the time being we are not able to accept applications from new volunteers but do keep an eye on our website and we will let you know as soon as that changes.
